Prices:

The prices (all inclusive of VAT) are for 2 persons in the apartment per day incl. final cleaning fee.

Tax:
The local tax amounts to € 2.10 per guest and overnight stay. The revenue from the local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

Additional persons and children:
Children 0-3 years: €10.00 (cot and high chair)
Children 4-11 years: €15.00 (cot or sofa bed)
Children from 12 years and adults €18.00

Breakfast at Hotel Panorama (800 meters away):
€ 15,00 per person from 14 years and day
€ 10,00 per child from 4 years and day

Half board:
Half board in the “Hotel Panorama” 800 m away at an extra charge of € 30 per person.

The price includes:

• Outdoor pool in the garden
• Use of the washroom
• Use of our wellness facilities (steam bath, sauna, experience shower, infrared, Kneipp pool) and indoor pool with sunbathing lawn
• Use of the panoramic chairlift to Merano
• Children’s playground
• Underground parking space
• Internet (W-Lan and Lan)
• Guest Pass. With the Guest Pass Alto Adige you can travel for free on all public transport in Alto Adige. The use of certain cable cars is also included.
• Heating, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels (once a week) and final cleaning are included.

Arrival and departure:
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 10 am.

Payment:
In cash or by credit and EC cards.

Illustrations:
All floor plan illustrations serve as guidelines and are therefore not binding.

Dogs:
You are welcome to bring your dog with you by prior arrangement. However, please understand that they are not allowed in the breakfast room, wellness and pool area. We charge € 15.00 per day for your pet, excluding food. Please bring a basket or blanket from home.

Intermediate cleaning:
By arrangement from € 12.00.

Apartment for single use:
We will be happy to make you an offer on request.

Cancellation policy:
We only accept booking cancellations up to 4 weeks before the agreed arrival date. In all other cases, we charge the empty bed fee according to Italian guest accommodation contract law, the same applies to early departures.
In your and our interest, we therefore recommend that you take out European travel cancellation insurance before the start of your vacation. We recommend the cancellation cover from: EUROPÄISCHE REISEVERSICHERUNG
Otherwise, the cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB apply:
In the event of cancelations by the guest or the customer in the period between the 4 weeks before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest or customer is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation up to 15 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price;
• Cancellation up to 8 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price;
• Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price;
• Cancellation must be made by unilateral written declaration and must be received by the landlord at the latest within the above-mentioned periods (4 weeks, 15 or 8 days) before the agreed arrival date of the guest(s).
• If the booked rooms are not taken over for the agreed period of time without cancellation, the guest or the customer is obliged to pay 70% of the agreed total price.
• The agreed price is the price for accommodation, meals and any other services
• If not all booked beds are occupied or canceled, the percentage only refers to the agreed price for the unoccupied beds

Regulation in the event of early departure of the guest:
In the event of early departure of the guest(s), the guest(s) or the customer is/are obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and to pay 70% of the agreed price for the agreed remaining but unused services.
